We rent out our 12,000 square foot gallery to artists, corporations, non-profits, film production companies, theatrical production companies and more. We offer different rates based on the date and needs of each individual rental, but our rates are always reasonable. We have two separate spaces: Gallery 1, and Gallery 2/3. Gallery 2/3 is also connected to a small kitchen, bathroom, and has access to the waterfront.
