Ziv Cooper : Vanishing Points {Online}
Mar 19 - Apr 30 2020 - 29 days left
Ziv Cooper manipulates the atmosphere within a work using bold brushstrokes, staining the surface, wiping away paint with solvents, gritty marks with an ink brayer. Depending on the time of day or conditions of weather, his palette may contain cool grays and blacks and steely blues, to bright bursts of pink, yellow, and orange. The cityscapes in his artwork depict an intimate and dynamic expression. A common thread of inspiration in Ziv Cooper’s work is the city's intimate spaces and building facades, where reflected buildings, street lamps, colors and neon signs glitter in the rain.
